Nacho Cheese Chicken Soup

2-3 c. leftover chicken, cut into bite size pieces
1 can cheese recipe starter (or use nacho cheese sauce or other cheese sauce)
1 can tomatoes with jalapenos
1 can white corn kernels


I added in some leftover gluten free spaghetti that I chopped up in small pieces, just so it wouldn’t go to waste.


Layer all ingredients in crock pot.

Heat on low 4-6 hours.

Serve over chips or rice. Top with shredded cheese.  Some fresh avocado or green onion and sour cream would’ve been good.
