1.5 lb. chicken tenders

1/2 stick butter, softened

1/2 c. honey mustard

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. seasoned panko breadcrumbs

Combine butter, mustard and mayonnaise.  Toss chicken tenders in mixture to coat.  Place in 13 x 9 baking dish.  Sprinkle layer of panko breadcrumbs over top.

Bake 350F 30-35 minutes until crispy.

I made this with boneless breasts years ago and had some special honey mustard I had bought at a sale and searched up the recipe.

The kids really loved this!  I served it with rice with peppers, onions, garlic, parsley, white kidney beans, and a little sweet chili sauce.
