4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 bottle chimichurri sauce (I got one that had cilantro in it)

Toss chicken in chimichurri sauce and marinade for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.

Cut up and serve over sweet potato hash.  (I added parsnips into my sweet potato hash tonight – Yum!)
