10 Beer Bratwurst

1 bottle beer

1/2 c. pickle juice

water to cover

Simmer bratwurst gently in beer, pickle juice, and water 15 or 20 minutes.

Brown in a little olive oil and butter in a skillet before serving.

Hash:

1 bag purple potatoes, cut into small pieces

1/2 green pepper, cut into small pieces

1/2 yellow pepper, cut into small pieces

1/2 red pepper, cut into small pieces

Salt and pepper

Oil and butter

Toss potatoes with oil and salt and pepper.  Place in bottom of large skillet with lid.

Toss veggies with oil and salt and pepper.  Place on top of potatoes.

Place lid on a cook at medium for 15 or 20 minutes.

Add a little broth or water and steam for until potatoes are tender and veggies are softened.

Remove lid and cook until it begins to caramelize.
