5 fully cooked bratwurst

16 oz. sauerkraut rinsed and drained

1 package frozen seasoning veggies (onions and peppers)

1 jar cheese sauce (I used Bertolli four cheese rosa sauce)

1/4 c. sherry

1 package tater tots (I used OreIda onion tater tots)

1 – 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (I used sharp cheddar)

Slice and brown bratwurst in butter/oil mixture.  Add in seasoning veggies.

Meanwhile, drain, rinse and redrain sauerkraut.

Spray baking dish with cooking spray.

Spread sauerkraut in bottom of baking dish.

Drain cooked bratwurst and veggie mixture.

Spread over sauerkraut.

Mix cheese sauce and sherry.  Drizzle over bratwurst.

Spread layer of tater tots over top of it all.

Bake 450 F. for 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and cook until melted and golden.

The pictures are of a double batch since I had lots of people coming over tonight for family dinner night!

I served it with a salad bar.  Yummy!
