1 bottle La Choy Original Stir Fry Sauce

It doesn’t get any easier than this!! Just spray two baking dishes.  Put a little sauce in the bottom of each dish place chicken and pour remaining sauce over.

Bake 350 F for 25-30 minutes.

The chicken was fork cut tender and had a wonderful ginger zing.  I know I could have doctored up the sauce, but when I tasted it, I just knew it could work straight from the bottle!

I buy the Perdue chicken cutlets anytime I see them on sale and freeze them.  I buy sauces when they are on sale and keep them for nights like tonight, when I just want to throw something in the oven and forget it!
