1 lb. each ground pork and ground turkey

1 large sweet onion chopped

1 each orange, red and yellow peppers, chopped

2 cans pineapple chunks drained

2 c. barbecue sauce

1 c. jelly or preserves

Saute veggies in butter/olive oil mixture

Brown ground meat in a separate skillet

Pour jam, jelly or preserves over cooked ground meat

Stir in barbecue sauce

Add in pineapple

By now, veggies should be softened

Pour into large crock pot

Top with remaining ingredients and mix gently.  Serve over white rice.
