2 Packs Buffalo Style Dietz and Watson Sausage

1 beer

1 package noodles

1/2 c. leftover Caprese salad

2 Tbsp. butter

1/2 c. cottage cheese

3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese


Cook sausage covered  in skillet in beer of choice over medium low heat.


Meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions.


Once pasta is cooked, uncover sausage and increase heat to brown sausage.

Mix drained noodles with butter, leftover Caprese salad, parmesian cheese and cottage cheese.


Serve immediately with sausage.

This can be garnished with ranch or blue cheese dressing.  The sausage is hot!  Delicious hot!
