2 lb. Italian pasta

2 jars yellow cheese sauce

2 bags shredded Velveeta cheese

2 lb. smoked sausage, cut up and browned in a skillet with some Cajun seasoning

1/2 c. Cajun bread crumbs

3 Tbsp. butter, cut in small cubes

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

Combine with cheese sauce (use a little milk to get the stuff that doesn’t pour out of the jar).

Spread half of the noodles in the bottom of a lasagne pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Top with sausage.

Sprinkle one package of cheese over.

Top with remaining noodle mixture.

Sprinkle with 2nd pack of shredded cheese.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake 350 F for 30 minutes.
