2 packages al fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage

2 packages Barilla Spinach Cheese Tortellini

1/4 c. applesauce

1/4 c. creamy Caesar dressing

1/2 bag frozen peas, defrosted

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

3 Tbsp. butter

1 handful crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Put on water for pasta.

While it’s coming to a boil, slice and brown chicken sausage.

Barilla Tortellini

Pasta cooks for about 10 minutes.

While pasta cooks, add dressing and applesauce to sausage.  Cook over low a few minutes.

Add in defrosted peas.

Top with parmesian.  Pour tortellini into skillet over sausage.  Dot with butter.

Stir gently.

Add in gorgonzola.  Stir, serve, enjoy!!!
