2 lb. Italian turkey sausage (I used one hot and one sweet)

1 box uncooked Canneloni shells (I used Italpasta)


I jar pasta sauce (I used Gia Russa)


Pour 1 c. pasta sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Stuff uncooked Canneloni shells with sausage and place into pan.

Mix remaining sauce with red wine.

Pour over shells in pan.  Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350.

Remove foil.

Top with 2 c. shredded six Italian cheese.

Bake 10 minutes more.

Simple to make and everyone loved it!  We had it with a salad and garlic toast.
