3 lb. chicken thighs
2 c. shredded colby jack cheese
1 c. gluten free bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. smoked paprika

Combine dry ingredients.

Spray jelly roll pans with cooking spray.

Coat chicken with coating mixture and place on pans. It will be sticky and you have to spread it. Mine fell off the sides and bottom and ended up getting piled up on top!

Bake 350 F 1 hour or until internal temperature is 165 F.
