Grace's Pork Chops

My mom, Grace, had a few go to recipes that I got from my niece Cindi during a recent visit back home. Yesterday’s chicken was one. This is the other:

8 chops
salt and pepper and/or other seasoning (I used a barbecue spice mix) Next time, I would use more!
16 oz. Sour Cream (I’m a believer in Daisy – definitely my favorite) – I bet it would be good with onion soup mix in it too!
Crushed Corn Flakes (I bought a box – ready to go)

Season pork chops.

Coat both sides with sour cream
and then crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 275 for 45 minutes.
