Pot Roast in the Crock Pot

Another great sale at the market on meats led me to two eye round roasts! I searched the internet for ideas of how to cook them in the crock pot, and ended up making up my own recipe.

2 eye round roasts
2 c. tomato bisque (frozen leftover from grilled cheese night) – any creamy soup will do.
1 envelope onion soup mix

Mix onion soup mix into tomato bisque.

Pour over roast in crock pot and cook on low for 9 hours.

It was really good, but could’ve used some added salt.
