Burgers
Buns
Shredded Cheese
Butter or Margarine

Cook burgers to desired doneness. Drain and use a paper towel to soak up any grease.

Spread butter on both sides of bread. Cook one side of each and set aside.

Place uncooked side down in skillet on medium heat.

Top with shredded cheese.

Place burger atop cheese.

Sprinkle with more cheese.

Top with remaining bread, cooked side down.

Peek to see if it’s golden on the bottom.

Carefully flip over. Cover with lid. Turn off heat. It will continue to cook until the bread is golden on the second side.

These were a huge hit.
