Gluten Free Baked Blueberry Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

20 slices Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread
1 pint blueberries
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
12 eggs beaten
2 c. milk

Spray two 13 x 9 baking dishes.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar until creamy.

Spread every piece of bread with cream cheese mixture on one side.


Place 10 slices in baking dishes. Place blueberries on top.


Place remaining slices cream cheese side down making sandwiches.

Mix eggs and milk. Pour over making sure bread is coated with egg mixture. Turn them over a few times if need be.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.  Serve with butter and syrup!
