Crock Pot Chicken Corn Chowder

2 c. chopped chicken
2 c. chicken broth
1 can creamed corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. frozen white corn
1/2 pkg. frozen seasoning vegetable mix (onions, peppers, celery, etc.)
1/2 pkg frozen hash browns
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. steak seasoning

Mix it all in the crock pot (the night before if you want)

Cook on low 8-10 hours.

We ate this over tortilla chips which got soft so it was like a chicken corn chowder version of tortilla soup.

Easy substitutions:
Instead of the chicken, use sausage, ham, cooked ground turkey, etc.
Vegetarians, use veggie broth and cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup.

The kids loved it!
